Wie Data Spaces Innovationspotenziale entlang der Wertschöpfungskette heben
21. November 2022 – Graz. Am diesjährigen Industry Summit der LSZ widmeten sich zahlreiche Expert:innen vielen unterschiedlichen Aspekten rund um das Thema Smart Production. Zu den Präsentant:innen gehörte vor allem auch Gert Breitfuß vom Know-Center, der die Community aus dem Industriesektor in das Projektvorhaben von dataSChare einweihte. Vor allem im Bereich der Produktion können viele Challenges daten-getrieben adressiert werden – so zum Beispiel die Traceability von Produkten und Produktteilen.
Für eine gute Produktnachvollziehbarkeit müssen aber viele oder gar alle Akteur:innen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette bereit sein, ihre Daten zu teilen. Die notwendige Sicherheit dafür bietet vor allem das Konzept von Data Spaces – als Best Practices dafür gelten z. B. Catena-X in Deutschland oder das Smart Connected Supplier Network in den Niederlanden. dataSChare hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, gemeinsam mit Industriestakeholder:innen die notwendigen Rahmenbedingungen für einen Data Space für Supply Chains in Österreich zu erarbeiten.
